Retail Wayfinding &
Digital Directory Solutions

TTSS recently completed a project in Atlanta, Georgia that combined aspects of our interactive and non-interactive digital signage products. Peachtree Center is a major office and retail complex located in the heart of Atlanta. With six office towers and three levels of retail space, they recognized the need to assist visitors of the complex by using digital signage systems.

In the office tower lobbies, TTSS provided non-interactive 46" LCD panels in new fiberglass and aluminum enclosures. These signs replaced existing blackboard directories and allowed Peachtree Center management to list all of the building tenants on the left side of the screen, while displaying announcements, area maps and advertising on the right side.

To assist visitors in locating destinations within the office and retail complex, TTSS collaborated with a local sign company to produce seven retail wayfinding information kiosks. Each of these kiosks allows visitors to select a destination (store, restaurant, office tower, etc.) from a list of destinations, then guide them there by using maps with flashing paths and text directions.

One of the primary considerations for using digital signage at Peachtree Center was the capability of updating information quickly from a central point in the property management offices. Now, whenever office and retail tenants change, these systems can be updated on a PC in the management company offices, and the information is available on all systems within two minutes.
