Digital Readerboards for Hotels
and Conference
Centers
Over the past few years, hotels and conference
centers have recognized the need to incorporate digital signage into their
facilities. Whether using large screen LCD panels to greet visitors and
announce events or using touchscreen systems to provide wayfinding services
to guests, these organizations realize that digital signage can provide
assistance to visitors in a cost-effective manner while also enhancing the
environment of the building.
TTSS works to provide
an integrated approach to digital signage in the hospitality market. Our

systems. For example, TTSS worked with architects to develop a digital
signage package for the new Hampton
Roads Convention
Center. At the HRCC, we recommended the
installation of 15" room signs to announce current activities for each
meeting room and ballroom, three 40" LCD readerboard panels that are
used to list all events at the convention center during that day, and six
touchscreen systems that visitors can use to inquire about additional
amenities in the area, as well as other convention center services.

At the other end of the spectrum, TTSS recently
installed six room signs plus a 40" readerboard panel at a meeting
facility in the Atlanta
area. At this location, TTSS trained the client in using our products to
personalize the room event screens for each activity being held. The
conference center now uses these screens as an additional sales tool by
offering the capability to place individualized photos, movies, and
presentations on the room signs and event monitor.
